For those who may not know, now and then I post 5 reasons to be thankful. Last year, when things were rather difficult, I began what is now a habit. When I wake up, the first thing I do is think of 5 reasons why I am thankful. It is amazing how it colours your day, no matter how challenging your circumstances may be. They can be profound, or very simple, but every day I have at least 5, and sometimes I post them, and sometimes I don't. So, when you see a list, that is what they are. Just so you know!
- Inspirational authors
- Housegroup
- Cheesecake
- Being ignored by inspectors

Easter is coming soon, and David and I are going to Switzerland for a few days, and will bring Mum home with us. I get to go and be in the mountains. How lucky can anyone be.
I want to see the mountains :o( And the relies, obviously. Have you bought your ticket to the land of hobbits and sheep yet? Hey? Hey?
ReplyDeleteOkay, this is the second time in five minutes that the word 'cheesecake' has come up....I will have to break down and just buy one tomorrow!! ;) BTW...are you reading "Get Out of That Pit" for the bloggitty book club?
ReplyDeleteSounds amazing!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a good way to start any day. I'd add going to Switzerland to that list. How wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful mountain shot Linds. I picture Switzerland as magnificent.
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for cheesecake any time I can get it, Linds. LOL
ReplyDeleteIt still seems very strange to me how you can talk about just running over to Switzerland to pick up your mom. I'm not sure I'll ever stop being jealous. :-)
How nice you're bringing her home with you for a while. Wish I could do that. I miss mine.
Switzerland. You are one lucky gal!!!
ReplyDeleteOh Linds, how wonderful. You must take lots of pictures. That may be as close as I'll ever get to Switzerland - although I would love to visit some day. I'm so happy for you.
