This is before any decoration. Which may or may not happen, depending on the mood, and the temperature today! I have to say it is really warm. Not sure I would venture out the front door in it though! Ikea to the rescue....once again!
Unfortunately, while you wear the twin size or smaller, I'd have to purchase the queen or king size.
Sigh.
However, warm is warm. No two ways about it!
On the telly here they're advertising much the same thing, only without the back and with sleeves, sort of like a backward coat that reaches past the ground. Makes you look like a monk or some such, only with a bare backside. They want $20 each for them.
Methinks I see a new business venture in your future....
I wouldn't even hesitate to leave the house in that pretty thing, Linds. You'd never know it started out as a blanket. And it doesn't even need any decorations - the color is lovely, especially on you.
But it's a very stylish blanket!! You could go into business, Linds - especially if you jazzed it up a bit. If you are cold, I'm sure there are other Brits who feel the same way.
Love your blanket/poncho :) It sounds absolutely freezing there. Guess you don't want to hear I wore shorts after lunch? Loved your G list too. Mine would have been nearly identical. xo
You're brilliant! Not to mention how lovely to see your face again. I can imagine myself sitting on one of your couches, sipping coffee and chatting in that glorious sunlight.
Looks like you've started a new fashion Linds. Everyone will want one now. If You had a queen size, when you sat down you could cover your feet!!! God bless, Donna
I love it! Ikea,Ikea here I come. By the way my dear - you are looking very good! Have you lost weight recently? Looking good!!!
ReplyDeleteNice room by the way. Light and welcoming. Put the kettle on will ya.
ReplyDeleteI love the color on you.
ReplyDeleteAnd my oh my you are looking rather light.
Looks very stylish! Can't wait to see how you will embellish it.
ReplyDeleteWell aren't you the clever one! I may have to take a tip from Linds and do that when the weather gets freezing here...if it ever does! : )

I think you should go into business! Looks wonderfully cozy.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic idea!! I'll be looking for a good deal on a blanket to do the same thing in preparations for the coming winter!

ReplyDeleteMy mother is wearing a blanket
ReplyDeleteWell - yes, actually. I was cold. So I am wearing a fleece blanket now known as the PONCHO, thankyouverymuch, Diana.
