Dell man been. Said need new computer or money back. Unfortunately India was not available to speak to him. I await their call. Hair not an issue.
Hospital called. I do have the MRI don't I???? Um, no. The doctor has it.
Hospital called. Doctor is on holiday. I will be seeing a registrar. Who has no access to online MRI.
I do not have any faith in registrars. Especially new ones who have just started.
I called the MRI place, and finally shrieked enough for them to agree to give me what I paid for. My MRI.
Hospital phoned. Glad I tracked it down. I am beyond fury.
Hair done. Many tears shed. But I am now braced for the call from Dell. I hope they read this blog, because they will be aware then that any ANY attempt to fob me off will be met with an explosion the likes of which the bloggy world has never seen before.
Pt 3 to follow.
Dell apparently does not realize the power of the blogosphere. Here I am an ocean and a half continent away thinking, "I'm not buying Dell!" Now that is word of mouth advertising.
ReplyDeleteWhile I can boycott Dell, I can't do anything but pray about the hospital, registrar and your leg. Sending those prayers your way.
Julie
Oh, hopefully everything will be better with your next update --- I am so sorry. It must be so frustrating.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Heidi
I can hardly wait for the next segment of the story. It will be interesting to hear what D*ell does about this. With HP taking over everything, one would think that they would be doing much better as far as customer satisfaction goes.
ReplyDeleteNow the medical situation is another story. I have found the entire story completely outrageous. Having worked in the medical field for so many years, I know that time is of the essence in situations like yours. It is just unbelievable what you have had to go through.
Hugs, Linds. Keep us updated.
