Flowers in her hair....

My daughter is having a wonderful time in San Francisco. I know this because I read her Facebook page. I found the details at dawn this morning. Sleep???? Hah. There are even photos and it all looks stunning. So I am very happy! Apparently all the many prayers worked and the flight was good. Thank you all!

However, I am NOT happy with this following thing. I can't change anything. Error messages appear, so I am using a combination of the followers and the favourites I have to keep track of you all, not to mention my cunning magical powers, of course. I see that my photo is missing from some followers boxes on your pages, and just reads as lal50 instead of Linds. However, it is there on others. I have checked my settings, and re-entered details, and.... Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

Sorry.

Then I looked at the Help pages, and nearly lost the will to live. So I repeat - I have not intentionally dropped off any lists. I will find you. That will have to do.

Now I have to get ready for physio, and then the pain clinic. Remember the worm thingy????? I have to report back on Bath. There may be another IVG. We will see.

  1. Glad that Diana is having a good time. Thank goodness for Facebook...she didn't call?

I just checked and see what you mean...yes, you are listed just as you say. How odd! (Course, I'm not a fan of that feature anyway, so I am not in the least concerned.)

Thinking of you today with the therapy and the pain clinic.

  2. I am so glad that Diana is making the most of her short visit to SF. She will carry many memories away with her.

Sorry to hear of your blogger problems. I would probably just give up if that were to happen to me.

  3. Did she ever call? No matter, she is fine and you can concentrate on your own health and welfare. I do not worry about followers any more. If I don't hear from some people for a while, I go back and find them. After all, that's the reason we blog, no?

  4. I really like the Followers feature, but it does have its glitches, for sure.

I'm not on Facebook, because I fear another addiction. But I am so glad you could find Diana's activities in that way. Is she staying with someone, or venturing on her own?

I have finished the first day of the big birthday celebration!

  5. I know what you mean by the help page. I tried to find out how to strike out words and never did find out how. Maybe they could make a "Help for Dummies" edition.
    I would so use it.

Happy for daughters safe trip to SF.
