a mother's musings from Middle England.......
I so long for spring and seeing all the colors it brings, your flowers are so pretty.
Oh, it's lovely! When I went out to take care of the chickens today I heard our seasonal creek running and the birds in the air. We still have snow on the ground with more forecasted for tonight so no flowers yet. So eager for Spring to come!...
Spring! Bring it on, hurry!
I believe in my heart that this Spring is going to be exceptionally beautiful and full of HOPE Linds. I just feel it for me, for you, for Kelli, and so many other people I have gotten to know. I love your long post too. Humility is huge isn't it? Such a loss of our control and yet so very good for us. God just wants and needs to use all of us, and sometimes that means we have to be the recipients as others give. I love you girl and pray that Spring keeps popping up all over the place for us all. Praying for God to meet you in every single need you have. Love and Hugs, Laurie
The flowers are so lovely - and it will be many days before we have them around here! Take care of yourself my friend. I am praying for you daily and think of you so very often. ((( HUGS )))
I posted a picture of our first little sign of spring in our yard - not nearly as far along as yours yet, but HOPE is there!
Daffodils - checkCrocuses - not yetSnowdrops - checkNew growth on the rose bush - check; although it's now frostbitten from the snow and freezing weather over the weekend. It's amazing how your weather and temps parallel ours here in Arkansas.Hope you have a good day tomorrow with the worm dealy.Love and hugs,Diane
Spring? It snowed overnight here.
Spring to me always means, "HOPE". I can't wait for the first signs out here in Connecticut.
