a mother's musings from Middle England.......
And as they will probably tell you or have already told you, it probably hurt because you're so inflamed and out of whack. As you get more IN whack it won't hurt.Trust me on this one. Truly.
Linds, Sorry I'm so far behind reading posts. Is this needle torture to treat your knee? I've not had that kind of abuse, so don't know much about it, but I do respect your courage, and hope it helps.
NO THANK YOU! That does not sound like fun.
It seriously amuses me that 'Needled Mom' isn't a fan of acupuncture. I was talking to a friend of mine who's an acupuncturist today, and he says I must tell you to 'ditch that prick down South' (I think this is an example of acupuncturist humour) and come up to York to be treated by a nice Northern Irish man. So there you are. I'm sorry it hurts. Thinking of you.Katherinexx
I don't think I'd like it either! You poor kid.
Oh my Linds! Big (((HUGS))) to you!!
Ow. I haven't tried it, but I've heard it works. I hope it does for you.
I used to have acupuncture treatments a few years ago. You're right, going in the needles don't hurt, but move and OUCH...the nerve gets poked! I always found myself very relaxed after a treatment. Hope you find the treatments get easier as you go along!
Praying that God gives you the strength to handle these treatments and that they help you to recover. ((( HUGS )))
