I just have NO INTERNET at home. You would think that BT could manage to change the name on the account without cancelling the broadband. They promised to leave everything in place. They didn't. And to add insult to injury, it will take till NEXT MONDAY to restore. They have clearly employed moles to dig another tunnel. Or something.
